Tiny white flies on broccoli and sprouts

Hi I've got hundreds of tiny white flies on my veg when I water the plants hundreds of tiny white flies cloud off them.
It's leaving black like mould on leaves and lots of brown lower leaves.
I'm stripping lower leaves but don't know what else to do to treat the plants.... any advice please?
