Red Robin problems

Could someone please advice to what is causing all this on my Red Robin plant?, its well established and was looking healthy until last week.....

I think it might be leaf spot disease which affects Red Robin, but l'm not 100% certain.
The fungus is something called Entomosporium maculatum.
Hopefully another forum member can confirm (or possibly say l'm completely wrong !).
As for the leaf notches, possibly vine weevil.
