Identify my Cactus

Can anyone help me identify my Cactus?

I have adopted a cactus plant that looks a bit sad and going yellow at the bottom. I would like to repot and give it some TLC but I'm finding it hard to identify to find good information on the correct was to look after it.

Any advice would be much appreciated

Your Ferocactus is currrently undergoing a process known as etiolation due to insufficient light .
