Can i grow my autumn onion sets in the greenhouse now to plant out out in spring

    Why would you not plant them outside now? They’re perfectly hardy. That’s what I and all the gardeners I know have done for years 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
