I also found the Location question a bit peculiar - there were no questions in the survey about local climate, which is quite relevant to gardening, so a simple Country and region would have sufficed rather than a map of Germany I suppose until the OP responds to some of the above queries, no one will know whether this is genuine or not Over to @ryan.b.hennessy
I thought it was a bit odd - location is a major factor in any garden. How it's created and maintained is largely dependent on the climate and conditions you have. I still think it was a pretty good survey compared with most of the ones that appear.
No one has to fill in any part of the form if they don't want to, and I'd agree that most forms have that sort of layout when it comes to ticking a box for gender.
I can't really see what difference it makes in gardening terms though, other than your capability to do some jobs. Having said that, I've always been more able, in lots of ways, than the men I've shared a home and garden with
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Wow, I did not expect this much interest in my survey!!!
Thanks to those who have already filled it in! Also appreciate the constructive feedback coming from most.
The location question isn’t mandatory, so feel free to leave it if you don’t want to give your location.
The reason I have included location is to see if that is a variable which influences other answers.
Hypothetical example; data shows that a greater percentage of people from Germany have already heard of Gardening for Biodiversity compared with people from England. Maybe location gives me something like that…. Wait and see.
FYI-Lime Survey simple has the fancy map tool… so I simply used that.
To answer some of your other questions:
I am genuine.
I am a student at Leuphana Uni in north Germany. I will use your answers for my final bachelor work. It is about human behaviour change when it comes to gardening.
My student email address is given at the end of the survey.
Unfortunately, Ryan, I neglected to note your email address as I completed the survey and, once done, I couldn't retrieve it to forward additional points. Hence the reason for uncertainty.
"Human behaviour change"! So, are we the "good example" or the "problem needing addressing"?
Interesting thought…
In my studies I really resonated with the human science of sustainability problems. Assessing actions, digging deeper to the causes and drivers, then identifying intervention points is one thorough way of beginning to address the problem.
Declining species in insects and small mammals is the problem. There lies potential in residential gardens to better support wildlife.
So I am attempting to look at actions of gardeners, and data pending maybe I find some simple areas where things could be tweaked to better support wildlife.

Thanks you lot for the huge interest.
I really am amazed!
