Is this growth part of my plants ?

I have this growth coming through that looks strange, is this part of the plant or should I remove it ? I’m referring to the fuzzy type growth, it doesn’t seem to look right but the new shoots seem to be coming from the original plant.

I can’t see very clearly but it looks to me as if you’ve got some Willowherb plants growing up through the blue hydrangea. Were there some small pink flowers there earlier?  Those fluffy bits look like Willowherb seeds. I’d pull those willow herbs up from the roots and bin them. Their seeds spread everywhere 😖

That looks to me like willowherbs that are producing lots and lots of seed :o. They are masters at growing right in amongst other plants and going unnoticed until wham, lots of seed and lots more willowherb next year.
Trace the fuzzy stuff back right down to ground level and pull them out if you can, or cut them off.

It's a very invasive weed, and unfortunately, it's already flowered and set seed.
You'll have loads of them next year, or even later this year.

Ok, thanks for your replies. I will remove from the weed and hopefully contain them. Any ideas why they would be growing there ?

Like most weeds, they are opportunistic and will grow wherever there’s water or nutrients.  The seeds can arrive carried by wind, rain, humans or animals.

Each fully formed flower can carry up to 100,000 seeds.
They can be a huge problem in an average domestic garden, as they spread so easily.

Willow herb are weeds.  Though also an attractive flower and seedhead.  Yours are growin in the wrong place.  Try to pull them up gently without spilling any of the fluffy seeds.
