Iron Sulphate Stains on Concrete!

Hello

I put some feed & weed on my lawn earlier this season but some of it got on my paths, and now I have orange stains on the concrete from the Iron Sulphate moss killer. I will be careful not to do that again!

I've tried cleaning them with a power washer, but it made no difference. The stains must have soaked in. Can you recommend a treatment to remove the stains please?

Thanks
Robin

Citric acid solution.  Watered on and left.  A strong acid, but it is food grade.  Read the instructions.

NB.  When I use Ferrous sulphate I always do it, predissoved, separately from the fertiliser application..

I used to get the same on old concrete paving, but since getting a dog I haven't used it.
The stains do wash away with rain after a couple of months. I used to use it every year and get the stains every year, but never bothered to try and shift them knowing they would go of their own accord.
Didn't know about the citric acid treatment, probably works faster than rain.
