What is this yellow flower

Hey guys does anyone know what this is just noticed it popping up recently in flower

    I think the give away is the foliage Helianthus.
    I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.

    Rudbeckia tend to have quite fuzzy foliage compared to Helianthus. It looks quite smooth in the photo. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

    Don't want to be a bully, but there is no doubt, it is a Helianthus. Leaves and flowers are both wrong for Rudbeckia.
