Does anyone know the identity of this rose please? It’s in a neighbour’s garden & the only thing she can remember is that it’s a David Austin rose.

I can see a bee but not much of a rose.. you need to show more of the rose, preferably the whole bush, and several photos of the blooms..

Thanks Marlorena. I’ll ask my neighbour to see if she can take some more.

Thanks Marlorena. That does look very similar. My neighbour isn’t in at the moment but I know it’s about 5ft tall & fragrant.

    Could it be 'penelope'?

Thanks for your suggestion, gjautos. I’ve a few more photos which may help.

..it's rather late in the season, so the blooms are going over, but it may be 'Gentle Hermione'.. taking everything into account including foliage.. it has a strong scent..

Thank you Marlorena. I’ll be able to tell my neighbour what it might be. It’s certainly a very pretty rose.
