Hello, what is this plant called.

    @mchua It is a Japanese Anemone. Roots can be invasive the white forms are better behaved.
    I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.

    Could be a variety called "September Charm" or possibly "Hadspen". Those are the 2 most common pink ones :)

    Thank you. Because I walk past this garden everyday and I’ve been wondering since last season what it was, it’s so beautiful.

    @mchuaThe pink one I would avoid is Queen Charlotte. I have seen it go under a garden wall and up the other side, some of the other pinks are not so vigorous.
    The whites such as Honorine Jubert look lovely in a shady spot.
