Beetroot looking poorly

  Hi.
  
  It looks burnt but the inner leaves seem healthy.  Just be patient I think.

  Looks like leaf miner to me, it's been rife this year, all I do is remove the affected leaves, my beetroot and spinach have had it this year, but still had a good crop.
