Climber ID help, please!

Hello,

After cutting back a massively overgrown rambling rose, I came across this against my fence. I'm afraid I've not seen it flower which might help with ID? Can anybody advise what it is?

Many thanks !

  • I think it might be a jasmine, but not 100% sure.

    Trachelospermum jasminoides.
It has a "Common" name of Conferderate jasmine. Sweet smelling flowers a bit like jasmine but not. :)

Star Jasmine is its most used common name.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
  • That's superb. Thanks all for your help with this one!
