Bay Tree issue

Hello. I have attached an image of the leaves of a Bay Tree, some of which are turning yellow, although there are a number of shiny, green leaves. The tree was recently repotted into a much larger container. Is it normal for leaves to be turning yellow at this time of the year or has the repotting created an issue?

Thanks.

Evergreen trees and shrubs do shed leaves naturally which is what I think yours is doing.  Provided the new pot has adequate drainage and is in a suitable position, your Bay should be fine.  I have two in the ground, they often shed the odd leaf, especially as seasons start to change or there are extremes of weather.
    Wirral. Sandy, free draining soil.

    Thank you.
