Parthenocissus quinquenifolia o tricuspidata

Good morning!
For a wall exposed to the wind in a mediterranean coastal area, which of the two species would you recommend, quinquenifolia or tricuspidata?

Which resists the wind better?
Which resists sea spray better?

Also, which one resists the heat better?

I appreciate your advice!

Greetings!

I would never recommend quinquenifolia, I had one at my previous house. It grew everywhere at a tremendous rate. We thought we'd dug it out but it came back and tried to smother a climbing rose. It popped up in flower borders. I also had a tricuspidata at that house and  I have one at my current house. It's much easier to control and neater in habit, but you will still have to prune it. I don't have experience, though, of growing either in a coastal area.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
