Chrysanthemum indicum

I bought a pack of plug plants of C. indicum hoping they were going to turn in sprays, but as you can see from photo they are not growing very well at all the plants are now 5 weeks old. Is this normal or will they eventually become sprays.

    I'd have thought they're doing quite well for only five weeks from plugs  :)
    Not something I grow though.
    July seems late for supplying plugs, but perhaps it's fine for that type of plant. If they're perennial types, they won't be mature until next year at least. Many aren't fully hardy, so they might need overwintering under cover if they fall into that category.  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
