Frances Tophill

Hi. I am an avid GW watcher but also love watching the Andre Rieu Maastricht concerts. A recent concert featured a young singer called Emma Kok beautifully performing a song called "Voila".
As the camera shows the audience I am convinced that Frances Tophill is one of the audience. My wife, however, thinks that the lady I refer to is a doppelganger.
Can anybody settle our ongoing dispute? Better still, is Frances, herself, able to tell us please?

This site has nothing to do with the GW TV programme, so it is doubtful she reads it. Anyway I am sure she is a metalhead.

Definitely a doppelganger! :) I saw Frances Tophill at the Southport Flower Show last week and feel pretty confident that's a different lady

Frances's bottom lip is fuller than her top lip.

Easy enough to avoid them @arossrob. You don't have to comment either - just ignore it   :)

I wouldn't have thought she [Ms. Tophill] would be interested in that sort of ******* either  @punkdoc :D
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
