What’s doing this to the leaves?

Hi all,
Ive got a tiered planter that mostly has summer bedding in it which are all doing great, I also have some viola and pansy plants that were in my winter basket and they’ve continued to flower through summer and I’ve just noticed their leaves are staring to look like this, just wondering what it is?
