Cannas

These cannas have become too large in these pots and ruined our view.  Can I cut them back and then replant them somewhere else?   Any advice would be appreciated

    You can certainly move them, but if you cut them back, you will end up with very distorted looking plants.

    Yes. Make sure you keep them well watered after moving them.
