ID - chamaecyparis?

Are either or both of these  chamaecyparis? The smaller one might be a cutting  of the larger one. As usual,  I  didn't label it.🙄

The second  photo  is the  cutting

    1. Looks like Juniper.
    2 Not a cutting from plant 1.  Hebe maybe

    After posting, I found an old label for chamaecyparis rubicon. It seems similar and this one does get a red tinge in autumn. Also it sprouts from woody stems.. It looks like I bought it off the dead trolley because it was marked £1 but I've no idea if it came off the plant in question.
    I did buy a collection pack  of hebes a a few years back. So that seems likely.

    I looked up Chamaecyparis  thyoides Rubicon  and pics look just like 2nd pic that I thought might be a Hebe!

    Oh well, whatever it is,  it's likely to be slow growing so I'll leave them both in pots for a while.
