Strange insects/eggs found on Sycamore Bonsai

Can anyone please help me identify what these are and whether or not I should be worried? I've removed them and squished them. Nothing is killing my Bonsai trees 😉

    No point in worrying now they're dead. They were Shield Bug eggs/nymphs and fairly harmless to most plants.
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

    Good, I'm glad they're not an issue. I'll leave them be in future unless they're eating holes in my leaves (which these seemed to be doing)
