Beware raffle prizes!

Last autumn I planted an outdoor cycamen under the cherry tree. It was a  a raffle prize from my garden club.  The cyclamen has just started to flower and there are lots of young ground elder sprouting round the plant.  There was no ground elder there before....   Have now dug up the plant, combed through the roots and repalnted it in a pot. The next step is to start digging up the ground elder. Won't buy any raffle tickets for a while!
