Peach tree disease

My 5 yr old peach tree gets blossom but then as leaves appear they shrivel and the tree looks dead. It then comes back into beautiful leaf. Never had fruit. Would it be better in full sun in the ground. It has been in a large pot since delivery. Many thanks for any advice

    I've had this with an almond, it sounds like leaf curl which is caused by a fungus (this may have been the first question I had on here too). My almond still gets it in the spring but by summer it's fine and fruiting.
