Two plants to ID please

I have two plants I am unsure of

The first maybe a oesteospermum




The second I'm fairly sure is unwanted but I don't know the name. Any ideas? Asking for a friend. Thanks

    Definitely osteospermum for number one. Don't know about the second though, sorry.

    no 2 looks a bit like echium

    Could number 2 be the start of an evening primrose? That's what one of the apps is suggesting/

    Yes, Evening primrose was my first thought for the second one.
