Brown spots and blotches on apple leaves

Hi , just  built a heritage apple orchard, maidens doing really  well in first  year, stake inserted, then bare root maidens added so  no root damage, 1m square  grass free area around tree, actually  got apples and took off to  stimulate growth, which  is apparent on all of them, problem  i have suddenly  found brown spots on green heathy  old leaves , not new growth, these coealese, to  form larger  areas. veins in leaves  not affected, leaves don't drop , holes don't go  transparent......... these are my babies waited 15 years to  do  this ... help, not fire burn, no insect infestation, not root rot, site is sloping both  north  south and east  west  so  good drainage but doesnt   drought ground in summer  Please help any  advice appreciated.
