The number of posts that were started with 'Hey!' is always the kind of giveaway as to the validity of a poster, as well as being incredibly irritating @Simone_in_Wiltshire
I see it hasn't been followed up with an advert, or anything quoted with an insert into the text, so it may well have been a bot, unless it's playing the long game, which some of them do.
