Rhododendron Miss Millie

Anyone any suggestions what might be wrong pls. Planted a couple of months ago in 50% shade, kept well watered but seems under stress and losing leaves.

    Have you planted it in acidic soil? That's what it will want. I once planted one in alkaline soil and it went yellow - I dug it up and put it in a pot with ericaceous compost and it's OK now.

    Dunno about the soil but other Rhododendrons are doing OK in it and it had a mulch of Ericaceous compost.

    Daughters got one the same and not happening to hers.
