Alstroemeria division will it grow from bits of root

I have just divided an alstroemeria. Not idea what type but it’s flowers were dark red. I’m not sure this is the best time but it had to be now. I was amazed at the massive root system and divided it into 5 really big pieces. I had to cut it there was no way to divide it sympathetically. I hope these big sections will be viable.
My question is about all the bits that fell off, bits of root and stuff that looks like tubers. Will a plant grow from any of this material, or you discard it?

They are tubers, so they may well grow from them.
