Bay tree going brown

Hi

the leaves of my bay tree are going brown and the plant seems to have stopped growing or doing anything. Is this under watering or some other problem? Any advice?

    Can we see the whole plant? Is it in a pot? How often do you water it?  Is it in full sun 
    In London. Keen but lazy.
