I am growing kale dwarf green curled variety but they don't look to be dwarf enough how should I prune them?
If it were me I’d prune it right down to the ground, I grew it for the first time this year, blooming horrible even my big snails wouldn’t touch. Makes good compost heap fodder.

You'd have to contact the mods directly by PM @Ergates, and ask for threads to be closed or for it to be addressed in some way. They don't read threads unless you make them aware of them by reporting [pick that option on the flag icon] or PMing. Catherine Mansley or Lily Middleton are the two who seem to be 'in charge'. The problem with this sort of poster is that, inevitably, seasoned forum members just end up 'taking the p*ss' and/or having a go, because they're fed up with the nonsense. That can be amusing, but it can also make new posters a bit wary because they won't understand the reasoning. If you're in doubt about the credentials of a poster with a private profile, you can't go and look at their previous posts to see if there's a pattern. It's the reason a recent s*** stirrer got away with so much for so long, although he seems to be quiet now, or has gone for good. The issue of private profiles has been raised before. As you can see, it hasn't amounted to anything, but perhaps if more people request a solution, it would be different.

They have no reason to lock it, No one has said anything to contravene rules. If one participant has said something rude you can ask for that post to be removed, but so far there’s no reason to close the whole lot.
Best not to click on this particular thread if you don’t like the way it’s going.

I don't like the idea of closing down threads unless they become offensive. Some threads do not interest me so I don't open them. If they start to bore me or become ( in my opinion) pointless, I stop looking at them. Some members might think this is the best thread on the forum. What harm? It'll sink down the pages into oblivion eventually anyway

I concur. Self appointed censors need to look at themselves
