Can I plant a blueberry Bush   where a gooseberry  Bush has been

    Planting a blueberry where a gooseberry was shouldn't be a problem.

    But for a blueberry to grow, you must have very acidic soil and there are not many places in the UK that have very acidic soil.
    So unless your soil is very acidic they're best grown in pots using ericaceous compost and watered with rainwater.
    Or choose something else less fussy to go in that spot.
