Rose black spot

My Scentimental has lost almost all it's leaves, and the rest will fall soon. Black spot has taken over! What should I do? I've given it a bit of light pruning and some Westland Rose Feed and Protect. Is there anything else I should do?
I don't spray chemicals, so is this rose simply not viable?

@dangermousie, you've done all the right things. The diseased leaves will fall, try to pick them up and dispose in council green bag, not your compost bin. Then, after rain, mulch underneath for at least a 2ft diameter with well rotted manure or compost which helps to suppress the blackspot spores. It's a wind borne fungus so there's not much anyone can do about it. Most of my roses have it so I just live with it. I've only removed one badly affected (stems) rose in 17 years.

Thanks Lizzie. I didn't know it was Windborne. I just got a delivery of strulch to form a barrier for the leaves to land on and it's easy enough to pick leave off the top of it as it forms a smooth surface

P.S. I have no affiliation with strulch  :)

@dangermousie, strulch is reckoned to be very good although I haven't yet tried it, perhaps I should.
