What do my trees need?

Folks my lemon and plum trees are producing new leaves but they seem to be suffering from some sort of deficiency or disease…any advice on how to get them back to health?

    You probably have tortrix moths larvae in there. Unsightly but  not really harmful to the tree. I had one on the lemon tree, I picked the eaf off and put it in a jar. A fruit tree tortrix emerged a few days later.  My apple tree is infested this year, a lot of brown ebds to new growth. I have summer pruned the dwarf apple trees which takes care of it.  The big tree takes pot luck, its too big to spray or get at really.
