How to change my email addresss

I have tried several times to change this as supplied but it does not work, it saves it is saved but on going into the hub again it hasn’t.
I have also phoned twice but again this has not been  successful.
Any ideas I am at a loss!!!!!!

    Have you tried logging out then logging back in to this site?
    Often changes that may be made only happen when you log back in.

    Yes I have tried several times with no success. Also when phoned and gave all new email details nothing has happened.

    I doesn’t work,  I tried it last week and just tried again,  it says it’s saved,  log out, log back in,  it doesn’t change. 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
