Design my bed for me.

I’m having a new bed installed on my drive. It will be south facing (technically) but will only get morning sun due to the shade of other houses. It has a mature hazel but otherwise a blank canvas. It’s 4-5m long and about 1m deep, 2 sleepers high. Needs to be at least nectar rich and flowering throughout the year. I’ve got a good idea of what I want for spring flowering but less so on summer. I’d like something for winter, thinking a couple of midwinter fire Cornus but convince me otherwise. I don’t want anything that’s going to self seed throughout my gravel drive!
