Mildew on streptocarpus in peat free compost

    I saw a USA reference to Hydrogen Peroxide - that might be worth investigating.
    I've never done this before - have you tried it? I researched it a bit and the neatest option seemed to be to use small quantities of compost in plastic bags, though they might melt in the heat? 
    I'd rather keep away from chemicals though.
