Inconsistent plant info.......

I have just been to a nursery and bought a couple of plants.
What gets me is that information on plant labels varies greatly from info elsewhere.
One plant I bought because it was H 40cm x S 60cm but have also seen it as H 60cm x S 100cm.So which is it?

    What plant is it?

It probably depends on the growing conditions. Often plants will grow bigger and bushier in rich moist conditions than in poor soil in a drier climate. Also, for trees the given height/spread is sometimes for after 5 years or 10 years, and they don't necessarily stop growing at that point.

This link is from Graham Rices blog if you read it the breeder of your plant Weigela picobella talks about it.

I reckon that the breeder should know, so hopefully his Height 70cm and Spread of 1m  is fairly accurate. :D

Found seedling July 2016 by Bert Verhoef,  but that is not the 10 years to maturity thing, but it has passed 5.... So maybe it will have a growth spurt in 10 and turn into a monster...
    Just kidding.
