Tomato blight or something else?

I have tried growing tomatoes in pots for several years, sometimes with success but more recently, once the lovely fruit arrives they become diseased! I have fruit now & some leaves have been yellowing & a couple of fruits have got big brown indented scabs on them underneath - is this blight or something else - much earlier than previous years?

Yes that’s Blossom End Rot. This should help

it affects individual fruit not the whole plant so other fruits should be ok if you get the watering right.
