'Green Sprouting' broccoli - is it bolting?

Hello I have never grown this before - seeds from Sarah Raven, it is a broccoli which produces an autumn harvest.  Do you think these plants have bolted already?  Are these seed pods?  If so do you suggest I remove them? Thank you

Afraid yes that’s bolted. It’s too far gone now. They probably got too dry at some point. You can use the seed pods in stir fries … sort of mustardy peppery flavour.

Is it broccoli? Looks more like radishes.

Radishes and broccoli are both in the brassica family and have similar flowers and seeds.
