They won’t be on sale until the autumn but I think anywhere is as good as the next, they’re tough as old boots. As long as you’ve got alkaline soil they’ll pick up.
I remember my mum used to buy them in bunches just tied up with string for the local green grocer, always made a good show in our London garden, can’t grow them here on my acid soil though. Tried a couple of times but they have to be watered with lime and it’s always too wet to water by the time they’re planted.

Does it have to be online @harmony ? If you can find a local supplier it might be better, with fresher plants. I buy mine from a local farm shop where they are lifted the same day .
