Can anyone identify this plant please

This plant has appeared all over garden and in pots - cannot find it in any books etc. Can anyone identify it please. The leaves are not scented nor are the flowers.

At first glance it looks like a salvia.
A close-up of the flowers may help us confirm

Looks like my Back n Blue Salvia, but  stunted because it’s been kept in a pot,  they’re usual about 4’ tall.
They have huge roots, better in the garden.
if that’s what it is of course 🙂

I agree with @nutcutlet as I have it seeding all over my garden. It originally came from a garden I worked in and has since moved gardens with me. I’m fond of it!
