This beetle is dessimating my french beans  any idea what it is and how to get rid of it?

    I'll try, but it will be monday as i'm' not at home, and, im not good at taking pics lol

    Put it in the freezer for 15-20 min that will stop it moving about then be quick and take a picture on an open surface.

    Here is a closer pic of my pest, hopefully in focus, any closer it went totally out of focus. Any idea what it is and hoq do i get rid. Thanks.
