What is this Weed?

I have now got this sprouting up everywhere. Did not have it last year that I recall. Any ideas of best way to rid?

    Looks like Euphorbia peplus
    I have thousands of them - they look like little trees
    Just pull them up before they seed - like I don't....

    Well, in very simple words, any unwanted plant that you have not cultivated is a weed.
