Identification of hanging basket plant please?

I have just liberated this plant from a hanging basket that my wife received for mothers day, I thing that it looks like Swedish ivy but as that is tender and this was out in some frost I don't think that it can be, can anyone put a name to the plant in the picture please?

    Looks like Euonymus fortunei, maybe ‘Emerald and Gold’

    I first thought Euonymus but couldn't find one small enough for a hanging basket, thanks.

    I think some people put in in hanging baskets; if it was me I would plant it in the ground — assuming it’s Euonymus f. it should grow to be a nice shrub

    I have found one, Winter creeper, I may try planting it in the ground and see how it goes.
