    It's Robinia Pseudoacacia 'Lace Lady'.

    Thank you so much! I am thrilled to finally have this mystery solved. It is an incredibly beautiful shrub/tree, and I only wish it were more widely available.

    A very impressive plant, very graceful.  It looks as if it has a tendency to appear cloud pruned, but naturally!
