I've been out there for an hour or so and I haven't seen any caterpillars, but plenty of moths cocooned or empty.
I'm seeing the adult moth flying about, so the cocoons will be empty. In the cobwebs will have been the caterpillars and then the cocoons/chrysalises.  Choose your cure for stage of life-cycle.

Google boxtree moth RHS, they list most of the cures.  But handpicking is best if the invasion is advanced.

@davebettz I spotted the caterpillars back in early spring they were tiny then I checked every day for two weeks. None at the moment but perhaps they get going sooner than we think.

It's the 2nd generation we are now tackling.

Yesterday evening I was removing what I could and found 3 moths further down the buxus, not sure if they'd just hatched or if they were resting

I've got the topbuxus treatment but not sure if i should use it as I can't see any caterpillars.

The leaflet does state end of Jun/start of July for treatment, but I'm only finding a few moths atm.
