Penstemon Cambridge mixed

Hi all,

Silly question I no, but my penstemon are looking like this at the moment.

Is there any chance of cutting them back for them to flower again this year or are they done for the year?

Many thanks

Cut the flower stem off leaving a few pairs of leaves below the stem when most of the flowers have gone and it will produce more.
Once it sets seed it has no reason to produce more flowers.
