Good morning @geoffbooth026vEC79EDD and welcome to the forum 😊
I have had quite a few dogs and I’ve never known one eat wisteria seed pods … so unless your dog is in the habit of chewing random plants i wouldn’t be overly concerned. However the pods are quite obvious, so you could remove them from the vine before they drop.

I've had dogs all my life and have obviously met plenty of dog owners and I'm yet to hear of a dog that really demolishes anything in the garden apart from a labrador that would eat all the soft fruit. The only thing I've really come across dogs eating is grass and it doesn't matter if it's ornamental or not. I don't worry about my dog with anything but I do know what she is like. If it was a sausage tree we might be in trouble.
