Sad looking dracaena houseplant

My dracaena golden coast has begun to develop dry , withered foliage (see photo). We have had it for a few years but this is the first time this has happened. I recently repotted into a larger pot using houseplant potting compost and watered and fed it. I generally use rainwater rather than tap water. Any advice as to what the problem might be and can it be rescued?

If that's a "larger pot" then the poor thing was probably badly root-bound and not getting enough moisture. Other causes of browning leaves include dry air with insufficient humidity, and physical damage which might have happened if the leaves were touched/squished during repotting, or if it's been somewhere where it gets brushed against by passing people or pets. It's also normal for them to lose the lower leaves and develop into a palm-type shape as they get older, so if the new growth at the top is OK that might be what's happening.
The leaves that are brown won't go back to green so you might as well remove any that are all or nearly all brown. The ones that still have a fair amount of green will still be photosynthesising so I would leave those on until they've turned mostly brown. If it's now in the right conditions it should make new growth at the top, but it might concentrate on getting its roots out into the fresh compost first.
