It also looks like clematis texensis Maxima. I have both and the flowers are very similar but Maxima grows bigger and stronger - 3 to 4 metres instead of 2 to 3.

...this is 'Duchess of Albany'.. note the lighter pink centre band, and lighter pink outer, not red. Altogether lighter than Princess Diana, without any white.
your photo may not be giving the true colours, and I would guess that Princess Diana is the more popular cultivar likely to be seen in gardens.. however I wouldn't like to be sure which one of these two you have.. They are in all other respects, identical..
