Hi
We have a well established climbing rose in our garden, possibly needed pruning more than we did, but its normally pretty hardy.
I just went to take some cuttings and I noticed a white goo around the buds and even on the thorns. It's not powdery, the best word I can find is goo.
I can't find anything online, can anyone help please. Pics attached.
